Tangerines and Basil Bagle Sandwich

Ingredients for this tasting sandwich follows:

  • 2 tangerines, thin sliced
  • 2 bagels, split
  • 4 tablespoons fat free cream cheese
  • 11 small basil leaves
  • 1/3 teaspoon cracked black pepper

Preparation:

1. Toast the split bagles until they turn slightly brown
2. Spread on cream cheese (1 tablespoon per half-bagle)
3. First top with basil leaves
4. Top next with tangerines slices
5. Sprinkle with pepper last

Two servings
